Service 1yr Plan
Midbrook Medical offers service plans for the first year of operation for all of the products manufactured in our facility. Please contact your sales representative about pricing for service.
Service 5yr Plan
Similar to our 1-year plans, Midbrook offers 5-year service plans for the equipment that we manufacture. The five year plan offers discounted pricing and some additional features.
Comprehensive Service
In addition to offering service plans for our own equipment, through our Comprehensive Service Program (CSP), you can protect all equipment in your facility. Through our CSP, you can save money by consolidating all of your individual service agreements into one contract.

With our service plans, you only need to make one call to us! We handle everything from there!

Whether it is our own equipment, or equipment from another company, we can fix it. Our skilled technicians, and our network of service providers will ensure that you are back up and running as soon as possible.
As a member of our Comprehensive Service Program, if your own staff personnel or Biomeds fix the machinery, we will reimburse you for their time!
